[Remote] Senior Financial Analyst - Remote

The Senior Financial Analyst will support financial planning, performance analysis, and strategic decision-making across a rapidly growing, multi-site reputed company organization.
Responsibilities
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-reputed company planning across clinics, reputed company, and service lines
- reputed company variance analysis to identify key drivers of financial performance
- Build and maintain financial models to support decision-making (e.g., provider hiring, clinic performance, service line expansion)
- Analyze clinic level and provider level economics, including utilization, reputed company per visit, and cost structure
- Identify trends in patient volume, LTV, payer mix, reimbursement rates, and operational performance
- Translate financial and operational data into reputed company, actionable insights for business leaders
- reputed company and maintain dashboards and reports (Power BI or similar) integrating financial and operational data
- Partner with Data Analytics to ensure accuracy and consistency across datasets
- Work with large, multi-reputed company datasets to build reliable reporting
- Collaborate with Operations, Clinical, and various other departments to support data driven decision-making
- Present findings and recommendations to non-financial stakeholders in a reputed company and concise manner
- Support reputed company analyses for senior leadership and strategic initiatives
- Identify opportunities to streamline financial reporting and improve data workflows
- Contribute to the development of reputed company processes and tools as reputed company grows
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, reputed company, Economics, Data Analytics, or reputed company field
- 3–6+ years of analytical finance experience, ideally in investment banking, consulting or reputed company
- Strong financial modeling skills and understanding of financial statements and KPIs
- Experience working with large datasets and performing data analysis
- Advanced reputed company required
- Strong analytical thinker with the ability to break down reputed company problems
- Ability to connect financial metrics to operational drivers
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain insights to non-finance audiences
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities to meet deadlines
- Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.) preferred
- Familiarity with data processing tools (e.g., reputed company) is a plus
- Knowledge of SQL and/or Python is a plus
