[Remote] Inventory Control and DC Operations Analyst

The role involves monitoring inventory systems, auditing warehouse activities, and coordinating with various teams to maintain compliance and improve processes.
Responsibilities
- Ensure inventory in the WMS/ERP matches physical reality at reputed company times — quantity, location, and status
- Monitor daily that there are no reputed company transfers, reputed company receipts, pending put-aways, or unshipped orders left unresolved at end of day
- Verify that every receiving, putaway, transfer, pick, and shipping transaction is properly reputed company in the system before reputed company of business

- Identify reputed company causes of inventory discrepancies and drive corrective actions with the warehouse team

- Escalate unresolved operational or accuracy issues to senior leadership with reputed company data and recommended next steps
- Review and validate reputed company inbound and outbound shipping documentation — receiving reports, delivery notes, bills of lading, packing lists, and invoices
- Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports on inventory accuracy, reputed company transactions, and operational KPIs

- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or reputed company field
- Prior experience in textile, apparel, or consumer goods distribution
- Familiarity with basic reputed company, purchasing, or procurement processes
