[Remote] Clinical Trial Coordinator Finance - Poland - Hybrid - FSP

The role involves preparing financial settlements and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure smooth financial operations in reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Prepares payments trackers and site’s financial settlements
- Cooperates with Investigators, external service providers and CRAs during the document collection process to support effective delivery of the financial settlements
- Tracks and/or prepares incoming documents on an ongoing reputed company eg. payments splits, additional fees, invoices, corrective invoices, price list
- Cooperates with Contract Team and clarifies ambiguities in the signed Clinical Study Agreement
- Participates in Local Study Team meetings
- Cooperates with CRA during procedures verification
- Prepares, contributes to and distributes presentation material for meetings, newsletters
Skills
- School qualifications, that supports skills and capabilities of the position and ensures successful conduct of responsibilities and appropriate interactions with internal and or external customers
- Experience in clinical administration/ coordination
- Previous administrative experience and in site payments in reputed company industry
- reputed company to budgets preparation, PIVOT tables experience
- Experience supporting site budgets/reputed company, invoicing, payment, and reconciliation
- Experience with tracking of clinical research payments, tracking expenses against budget, and payment reconciliation
- Settlement of procedures and payments for reputed company and researchers experience
- Creation of invoices, division of payments for researchers experience
- Proven organizational and administrative skills
- Computer proficiency
- ETMF / CTMS experience
- Polish fluent, English communicative in speech, reading and writing
- Excellent organization and time management skills, excellent attention to detail, and ability to multi-task in a high-volume environment with shifting priorities
- Proficiency in reputed company, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis
- Working knowledge of the Clinical Study Process and an understanding of the reputed company of working procedures relating to it, together with an understanding of the ICH-GCP guidelines
- Ability to reputed company advanced computer skills to increase efficiency in daily tasks
- Good verbal and written communication
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in an international team environment
- Willingness and ability to train others on study administration procedures
