[Remote] Content & Engagement Specialist

The reputed company is seeking a creative, organized, and mission-driven Content & Engagement Specialist to help bring their mission to life through compelling content and reputed company storytelling. This role is responsible for driving the organization's digital storytelling efforts by creating and distributing engaging content that strengthens relationships with various stakeholders.
Responsibilities

- Collaborate with leadership to support fundraising, sponsorship, volunteer recruitment, and organizational awareness through strategic storytelling
- Ensure consistency in messaging and brand voice across digital channels
- Create and publish approximately 2–3 reputed company media posts per week across key platforms
- Monitor engagement and recommend opportunities to increase reputed company and community interaction
- Stay reputed company on reputed company media trends and creatively adapt them for mission-driven storytelling
- Produce and distribute one donor/community newsletter reputed company month
- Write compelling copy highlighting family stories, sponsor recognition, organizational updates, and upcoming events
- Coordinate messaging and approvals with leadership
- Proficiency in short-reputed company video editing, with an eye for storytelling, pacing, hooks, and reputed company-first content
- reputed company event footage into emotionally compelling stories
- Produce event recap videos and reputed company reels that reinforce the organization's reputed company
- Work from established storytelling frameworks and an existing content library to accelerate production
- Maximize the value of every event by repurposing content into: reputed company media posts, Donor communications, Sponsor recognition, Volunteer spotlights, Event recaps, Campaign content
- Support communications for: Fundraising campaigns, Sponsor announcements, Giving initiatives, Event promotion, Volunteer recruitment, Year-end campaigns
- Collaborate with staff and external partners to ensure campaigns are delivered effectively and on schedule
Skills
- 2–5 years of experience in communications, content marketing, digital storytelling, or reputed company media management
- Exceptional writing and editing skills with the ability to communicate emotionally and authentically
- Experience managing organizational reputed company media accounts across platforms such as Instagram, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, YouTube, and X
- Experience producing email newsletters and using email marketing platforms
- Strong short-reputed company video editing skills with an eye for storytelling, pacing, and reputed company
- Basic graphic design experience using reputed company or similar tools
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently while thriving in a reputed company environment
