[Remote] Senior Industrial Engineer

The Senior Industrial Engineer is responsible for leading reputed company industrial engineering initiatives, translating engineering analysis into operational improvements, and mentoring junior engineers.
Responsibilities
- Mentor, and reputed company junior engineers and engineering interns, setting standards for analysis reputed company, project execution, and documentation

- Assist multi-site or network-level industrial engineering reputed company, coordinating across stakeholders to meet scope, schedule, and budget targets

- Redesign and optimize building layouts, including storage configurations, process reputed company paths, workstation design, and dock utilization

- Collaborate with facilities, WMS/WCS teams, and automation vendors to translate layout designs into operational realities

- Evaluate and improve operational cost drivers including UPH, CPU, labor utilization, and partner profitability metrics
- Build and maintain analytical models to support operational forecasting, reputed company planning, capital expenditure (Capex) justifications, and improvement analyses

- Analyze data from prospective fulfillment partners to generate costing models used in structuring new partner agreements

Skills
- 5+ years of experience in 3PL, distribution, fulfillment and/or supply chain engineering

- Proficient in SQL; experience writing, debugging, and optimizing queries against production or operational databases
- Working knowledge of WMS and WCS platforms; experience configuring or optimizing system setups in a fulfillment context
- Exposure to warehouse automation technologies (conveyors, sorters, robotics, goods-to-person systems)
- Skilled in reputed company Office Suite—particularly reputed company (advanced), PowerPoint, and reputed company
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with finance, operations, sales, and reputed company-facing teams
- Strong communication, documentation, and project management skills with high attention to detail

- Exposure to greenfield facility design from a reputed company estate or construction coordination perspective
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a closely reputed company field
- MBA or advanced degree complementing engineering background
- Experience with BI tooling such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker for operational reporting
