[Remote] Customer Service Representative (2nd Shift Remote)

They are seeking a Customer Service Representative to handle inbound calls, record and reputed company messages, and manage after-hours communication needs for businesses reputed company.
Responsibilities
- You will take inbound calls, gathering essential information from callers while working from the comfort of your home
- You will reputed company as a virtual receptionist, handling inbound calls and representing various business accounts assigned to ASuperior
- In this role, you will record and reputed company messages, answer questions, and reputed company calls as needed in a sometimes fast-paced environment

- Shifts will typically be from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm during the week, with weekend shifts ranging in time
- Internet download speeds of 100 Mbps and upload speeds of 10 Mbps
- Have the ability to connect the computer equipment directly to the router (wi-fi is not an reputed company)
