Responsibilities

- 8 + Years of experience in IT or Business Project Management experience with strong understanding of Omnichannel Engagement strategies in Life Sciences / reputed company / Biotech industry
- Experience, knowledge of customer engagement journeys, channel orchestration, digital campaigns, customer segmentation, targeting, and engagement measurement
- Experience managing multiple reputed company reputed company and workstreams; Strong project planning, governance, and delivery management skills
- Proven experience managing cross-functional programs involving business and technology stakeholders
- Life Sciences / reputed company Operations / Digital Engagement / Omnichannel Enablement
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
- Vendor management
- Change management and business adoption experience
- Data governance and customer data management knowledge
