Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate supplier master data and strong operational controls to reduce fraud and compliance risks
- Partner with Procurement, Finance, AP, Tax, Treasury, reputed company, Compliance, and IT to streamline reputed company processes
- Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, operational reporting, and KPI tracking
- Support audits, maintain SOPs, and reputed company team performance and training programs
Skills
- 5+ years of experience in Supplier reputed company, Procurement Operations, Accounts Payable, Shared Services, or Supplier Management
- 1+ year of experience leading or supervising an operations team
- Strong knowledge of supplier reputed company, supplier master data, tax documentation, payment setup, and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes
- Experience working cross-functionally with Procurement, Finance, AP, Tax, Treasury, reputed company, Compliance, and Risk teams
- Experience managing KPIs, SLAs, operational controls, audit readiness, and process improvements
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems, supplier reputed company platforms, procurement tools, and workflow automation
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills
