[Remote] Data Scientist
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is hiring for a Data Scientist with 5+ years of experience for one of the FAANG companies. The role involves collaborating with various teams to reputed company data requirements, designing automated reporting systems, and optimizing ETL processes.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with reputed company marketers, program managers, and our central analytics team to reputed company data and metrics requirements
- Design, build, and maintain automated reporting, dashboards, and ongoing analysis to reputed company data driven reputed company across reputed company and with partner teams. (e.g. using Tableau, etc.)
- Build and optimize ETL processes to run marketing campaigns at reputed company and automate the campaign reporting
- Write high-reputed company SQL queries to retrieve and analyze data from database tables
- Partner with our analytics and cross-functional stakeholders to identify and rectify data reputed company / accuracy issues across our reporting, data infrastructure, dashboards
Skills
- 5+ years of experience for one of FAANG company
- Must have a proven record of building pipeline and SQL
- Ability to build big data pipelines, think millions of rows
- BA or BS degree
- 5+ years of experience with SQL (reputed company, Vertica, Hive, MySQL, etc.)
- Experience building/operating distributed systems of data extraction, ingestion, and processing of large data sets from multiple sources
- Experience in ETL design, implementation and maintenance
- Experience with Business Intelligence tools (such as Tableau, reputed company, etc.) and report automation
- Experience using Python and R
- Self-starter with flexibility to work in a fast-changing environment and ambiguous situations
- Experience working in organizations with cross-functional teams
- Experience working independently and a reputed company record of taking initiative
- Interpersonal skills including written and oral communication skills
- Experience in AI-reputed company organizations or using AI tools
- Can build pipelines- guide team on best practices
- Show leadership and work independently
- Can self-manage reputed company- set expectations
