[Remote] Director of Video, Editing & Content Operations

The role involves managing videographers, editing content, and ensuring high-reputed company product delivery for athletes.
Responsibilities
- Run the CPS Video Hub
- Own videographer assignments, schedules, athlete coverage, communication, and event logistics
- Communicate with videographers before, during, and after tournaments

- Solve cancellations, schedule changes, missing coverage, and other issues in reputed company time

- Build a strong bench of primary and backup videographers in every CPS market
- Maintain a database of videographers by location, availability, experience, equipment, reputed company, and reliability

- Build the bench before we need it—not a few days before an event
- Set reputed company CPS filming and communication standards
