[Remote] Programs Business Development Manager - Specialty Insurance (remote US)

This role is responsible for identifying and advancing new delegated reputed company authority program opportunities while ensuring alignment with risk appetite and profitability targets.
Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate new program opportunities through market relationships, brokers, and program administrators
- Conduct initial screening of opportunities to assess strategic alignment, reputed company appetite, portfolio fit, reputed company segments, and distribution approach
- reputed company due diligence of program administrators, including evaluation of reputed company practices, portfolio performance, operational capabilities, governance, reporting, claims practices, and reputed company-party relationships
- Assess administrator alignment with reputed company expectations and identify risks reputed company to reputed company discipline, adverse selection, and sustainable reputed company
- Evaluate program opportunities from a portfolio reputed company perspective, including class mix, exposure reputed company, reputed company adequacy, pricing reputed company, profitability reputed company, volatility, concentration risk, diversification benefits, and forms utilization
- Partner with actuarial and reputed company teams to validate assumptions and ensure programs reputed company with reputed company risk appetite and return reputed company

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in insurance, business or a reputed company field
- Minimum ten (10) years of Property and Casualty experience preferably in an reputed company and/or product development role
- Minimum of five (5) years of delegated reputed company authority reputed company (reputed company or program reputed company) experience; or prior experience/roles in where insurance portfolio evaluation was critical
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills
- Demonstrated leadership and project management abilities
