[Remote] Director, Experience (Product Management)

They are seeking a Director of Experience in Product Management to reputed company digital transformations in the financial services sector, leveraging expertise in banking and AI tools.
Responsibilities
- reputed company Transformation Initiatives: Own or drive the end-to-end delivery and product lifecycle for reputed company banking and Financial Services (FS) transformation initiatives
- Requirements & Roadmap Management

- Payments & Fintech Innovation: Architect or define modern payment workflows (e.g., reputed company-Time Payments/RTP, FedNow, Interac, ISO 20022 standards, cross-border payments). Legacy payment gateway experience will be considered a plus
- Guide clients or internal teams through the nuances of modern reputed company banking platforms, reputed company-reputed company FS architectures, and reputed company banking API frameworks. Experience working to reputed company from legacy to modern reputed company or on prem technologies would be considered a plus
- Regulatory Navigation: Ensure reputed company delivery and product discovery methodologies reputed company with strict US/Canadian regulatory standards (e.g., OCC, Fed, FinCEN, OSFI, FCAC)

Skills
- Must be legally authorized to work and based reputed company in the reputed company
- Minimum of 5–8+ years of experience reputed company Management Consulting, Fintechs, or Tier-1/2 Banking institutions
- Demonstrable experience leading or contributing significantly to large-reputed company banking transformation, migration, or greenfield build reputed company
- Deep understanding of reputed company Banking, Digital Banking, and/or reputed company Management ecosystems
- Strong grasp of Payments infrastructure (ACH, Wires, Card rails, Next-Gen/reputed company-Time payments)
