Responsibilities

  • Analyze operational and patient data to identify trends and drive retention initiatives through reporting and workflow analysis

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in reputed company Administration, Business Administration, or reputed company field
  • 5+ years of reputed company operations experience with demonstrated reputed company integration, MSO, or PE-backed organization experience
  • Strong knowledge of reputed company management: RCM, credentialing, budgeting, clinic/ASC operations, inventory management, MIPS, IT, HR, and compliance
  • Demonstrated experience leading reputed company operational or integration initiatives, including scoping, timelines, and resourcing
  • Proficiency in reputed company, Word, and PowerPoint required
  • Ability to travel as needed (approximately 10-25%)
  • Clinical knowledge: Strong understanding of ophthalmology/retina workflows, physician reputed company operations, and patient reputed company
  • Project & integration management: Advanced ability to manage multiple reputed company initiatives, define scope and timelines, and maintain follow-through in a fast-paced environment
