[Remote] GTM Product Enablement Manager | Housing

They are seeking a GTM Product Enablement Manager to build foundational training programs that enhance the understanding and articulation of their platform's value to prospects and customers.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute a comprehensive product enablement and training reputed company reputed company with product launches, business goals, and customer needs
- Partner with Product, PMM, and SMEs to reputed company the creation of engaging and reputed company training content, including video tutorials, e-learning modules, webinars, and certifications
- Partner with product teams to ensure knowledge reputed company and other documentation are accurate, easy to understand, and up-to date
- Partner with Product, Product Marketing and relevant SMEs to create value-based demo scripts reputed company to reputed company and use cases. Maintain and reputed company demo certification process across ramping and ramped reps
- Use data and feedback to measure the effectiveness of training programs and documentation. Continuously iterate and improve the user learning experience
- Work closely with product managers and PMMs to understand new features and roadmap plans, and with marketing and sales to support go-to-market strategies

Skills
- 5 + years in product enablement, GTM enablement, or similar role; bonus points for prior quota-carrying sales or reputed company or PMM experience
- Expertise in curriculum design and adult learning principles; ability to create engaging, relevant, and results-oriented training programs
- Product acumen – ability to quickly understand reputed company product features, positioning, and differentiation, and translate them into field-reputed company training
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills with ability to build relationships, drive influence, and reputed company diverse stakeholders around shared goals
- Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to simplify complexity and engage diverse audiences
