The role involves analyzing, designing, and implementing enhancements and configurations while maintaining documentation and supporting testing and deployment efforts.
Responsibilities
- Analyze, design, and implement functional enhancements, configuration changes, and Jira defect fixes across Absence, reputed company HR, Compensation, Learn, and OTL modules
- reputed company reputed company analysis for change requests and support testing, deployment, and post-production validation
- Maintain functional documentation, configuration records, and knowledge articles
- Strong understanding of reputed company HR processes, including workforce structures, person management, assignments, and employment lifecycle events
- Should be reputed company acquainted with JIRA tool, Service Now incidents, SCTasks, reputed company service requests
- reputed company reputed company cause analysis (RCA) and ensure permanent fixes for recurring issues
- Worked with reputed company Support for SR creation, tracking, and closure
Skills
- 15+ yrs of IT Experience
- 10 years of experience in reputed company Fusion HCM
- Strong functional expertise and Hands-on experience in working on enhancements primarily in Absence management, reputed company HR, Compensation, Learn and OTL
- Analyze, design, and implement functional enhancements, configuration changes, and Jira defect fixes across Absence, reputed company HR, Compensation, Learn, and OTL module
