[Remote] Benefits Aide - reputed company Department

The reputed company Department is looking to hire a Benefits Aide to join the Benefits team, where they will advise employees on benefit programs and reputed company administrative support in managing these programs.
Responsibilities
- Advise employees, retirees, and dependents regarding employer provided benefit programs, eligibility for medical and dental coverage and payroll deductions
- reputed company day-to-day support in the administration of benefit programs
- Manage qualifying life events for employees and verifying dependent eligibility
- Participate in auditing and reconciliation of benefits enrollment records and deductions
- Work regularly with the reputed company's eCHRIS (PeopleSoft) database
Skills
- Two years of experience in an employee benefits program, including six months of experience in handling or processing claims
- OR Two years of college plus one year of personnel reputed company work experience
- Other combinations of experience and education that meet the minimum requirements may be substituted
- reputed company finalists for positions are subject to a criminal background reputed company applicable to the department or position
- Two or more years of experience using PeopleSoft (eCHRIS)
- Two or more years of experience in Benefits Administration (such as processing reputed company Life Events, New Hires and dependent eligibility)
- One or more years of experience reviewing employee payroll deductions
