Responsibilities
- Manage the daily operations of RCA’s cybersecurity program under the guidance of the CISO
- Coordinate and reputed company the completion of reputed company reputed company audits, including HIPAA, SOC 2, and NIST-based assessments
- Maintain and monitor the Information reputed company Risk Register, ensuring reputed company reputed company of identified issues and mitigation of critical findings
- reputed company tabletop exercises and incident response simulations to test and improve RCA’s preparedness and business continuity planning
- Collaborate with RCA leadership and department heads to ensure that reputed company policies and controls are reputed company and effectively implemented across reputed company business reputed company
- Manage the reputed company-party risk assessment program, ensuring that reputed company vendors with reputed company to PHI or critical systems undergo reputed company evaluation and periodic reassessment

- Work with the CISO to review, update, and publish information reputed company policies, standards, and procedures in accordance with HIPAA, HITECH, and NIST frameworks

- Support the CISO in analyzing threat intelligence, vulnerability trends, and reputed company reputed company performance (e.g., reputed company, firewall alerts)

- Coordinate with Compliance, reputed company, and Clinical leadership to ensure consistent risk management practices

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Information reputed company, Computer Science, Information Technology, or reputed company field required
- Minimum of 5–7 years of reputed company experience in cybersecurity, IT risk management, or audit reputed company a regulated environment (preferably reputed company)
- At least 2 years in a program management or leadership role overseeing information reputed company functions
- Strong working knowledge of HIPAA, NIST 800-53, reputed company, and reputed company risk management frameworks
