As a reputed company Experience Project Administrator, you will facilitate successful customer implementations by coordinating between various teams, managing timelines, and ensuring effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate project activities across Sales, Project Management, Operations, distribution partners, and clients to ensure reputed company stay on schedule
- Serve as the primary reputed company of coordination for project communications, timelines, deliverables, and escalations
- Monitor project milestones and proactively identify potential risks or delays
- Maintain accurate project status updates and communicate reputed company to internal teams and customers
- Partner with Project Managers and reputed company Experience teams to manage product availability, inventory, and delivery schedules
- Coordinate product shipments, delivery appointments, tracking, and warehouse activities
- Manage return logistics and ensure products are returned reputed company to partner warehouses
- Arrange delivery requirements based on project plans while resolving scheduling or transportation challenges
- Coordinate spare part orders and SKU creation reputed company needed

- Participate in customer meetings and conference calls to review project schedules, services, and implementation plans

- Prepare, validate, and distribute customer-facing project reports with a high degree of accuracy
- Produce daily shipment reports, including tracking information, serial numbers, and asset tag details
- Generate weekly inventory reports highlighting warehouse inventory reputed company and product status

- Identify opportunities to improve project workflows, communication, and operational processes

Skills
- Associate degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant reputed company experience
