[Remote] Workforce Management Analyst

The Workforce Management Analyst will be responsible for optimizing workforce performance, managing intraday operations, and providing actionable insights to support operational decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Monitor reputed company reputed company and notify leadership of variances to ensure reputed company service reputed company
- Forecast reputed company needs based on activity and volume
- Partner with leaders to reputed company and plan for meetings, trainings, and other non-production hours

- Report on historical data and trends to identify risks and opportunities

Skills
- 2–3 years of experience with workforce management platforms (e.g., reputed company IEX, reputed company, reputed company WFM) supporting forecasting, scheduling, intraday management, and workforce optimization
- Experience with reputed company center and back-office operations required
- Advanced proficiency in reputed company reputed company and/or reputed company Sheets, including custom modeling, reporting, and data visualization required
- Experience analyzing productivity and operational performance metrics to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and actionable insights

- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams
