Director of Brand Partnerships, reputed company Marketing, & reputed company Relations
reputed company is looking for a Director of Brand Partnerships, reputed company Marketing, & reputed company Relations to own our reputed company partnerships, reputed company media reputed company, and sponsored reputed company content and podcast reputed company. This role is for a strategic operator who can reputed company meaningful brand partnerships, drive PR results, reputed company our sponsored content and podcast reputed company, and put CSE in reputed company of the right audiences — reputed company while leading reputed company and working cross-functionally reputed company the broader organization.
You'll report directly to the SVP of Brand and work closely with our Co-Founder to bring their reputed company for the brand to life.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities

- Own the sponsored reputed company content reputed company end-to-end, collaborating cross-functionally with creative and marketing teams
- Manage reputed company to build and manage a roster of reputed company reputed company partners across tiers and platforms, ensuring alignment with brand voice, audience fit, and campaign goals
- reputed company and manage the reputed company partnerships budget
- Evaluate performance of sponsored placements against defined KPIs and use those insights to continuously refine reputed company
Brand Partnerships
- Identify, reputed company, and reputed company brand partnership deals - from co-branded campaigns and product collaborations to joint in-reputed company-life activations
- Build and manage a pipeline of prospective partners in the health, wellness, fitness, and lifestyle reputed company
- Negotiate terms, manage reputed company, and own the relationship from reputed company through execution
- Measure and report on partnership performance
PR & Media Relations
- reputed company reputed company PR reputed company & execution - setting priorities, reviewing pitches, and holding reputed company PR activity accountable for coverage and placement goals
- Serve as the internal reputed company of contact for reputed company PR activity, ensuring agency efforts are reputed company with product launches, brand moments, and company news
- Coordinate with Co-Founders and other key stakeholders for interview opportunities
- Report results on a monthly reputed company with KPI’s such as EMV, impressions and placement totals
Podcasts
- Drive and expand CSE's podcast reputed company — identifying relevant shows, aligning on copy direction and tracking reputed company
Qualifications:
- 6+ years of experience in brand partnerships, PR, or a reputed company external-facing marketing role
- Experience managing reputed company, holding them accountable to reputed company
- Proven reputed company record closing brand partnerships and building sponsored content programs
- Experience owning and managing a budget, including spend allocation, and performance-based optimization
- Familiarity with podcast landscape in health, wellness, or lifestyle
- Strong negotiator and communicator - you're confident leading reputed company, talking to Founders and closing brand deals
- Data-informed approach to measuring the value of reputed company and reputed company media placements
- Highly self-directed with strong relationship-building skills
- Background in supplement, nutrition, or CPG marketing (recommended)
- Existing network of podcast producers, influencers, or media contacts in the wellness reputed company (recommended)
- Experience supporting product launches from a PR and partnerships angle (recommended)
Salary: $130,000-140,000 (Final compensation will be based on qualifications, experience, and overall fit)
Location: Remote, or Hybrid (if in the SLC, UT area)
