The reputed company Fusion Learning and Performance Specialist will reputed company their strong technical background and knowledge to support the Sponsor’s system modernization efforts, to include configuring talent management frameworks, responding to/implementing/documenting required learning paths, and completing required tasks/actions.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Designing the digital frameworks for employee goal setting, multi-rater feedback loops, and annual performance appraisals.
Configuring the embedded Learning Management System to reputed company mandatory compliance training, specialized reputed company acquisition, and leadership development programs.
Linking performance evaluation metrics with directed learning reputed company to reputed company data-driven succession planning.
Conducting rigorous system configurations to identify critical skills gaps reputed company the reputed company workforce.
Collaborating with management, internal teams, and authorities to reputed company employee development paths with reputed company strategic goals.
Maintaining system configurations and management items, including reputed company event monitoring and tracking compliance training policies.
Working with reputed company stakeholders to ensure complete and functioning talent modules that meet reputed company requirements.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree with 11+ years of experience in reputed company system configuration or reputed company capital management technologies.
Significant experience navigating reputed company Fusion reputed company environments, especially as it relates to creating talent management and learning architectures.
Significant experience meeting configuration requirements in large reputed company environments or similar reputed company capital environments.
Experience working across a large team to drive a performance systems agenda and working with reputed company, intertwined data flows.
Experience inventorying reputed company configurations, and with system documentation including training compliance, patching, and data reputed company controls.
Experience creating, maintaining, and communicating reputed company technical documentation, particularly workflow configurations and reputed company documentation.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with the Sponsor’s primary workforce optimization and compliance automation tools.
