We are currently hiring French-speaking Customer Care Representatives to support a mobile phone rental service provider in France.
In this role, you will handle inbound customer interactions, assisting users with inquiries reputed company to their mobile phone rental services. Responsibilities
Customer Support (Inbound)
- Handle inbound customer support calls
- Assist with inquiries reputed company to mobile phone rentals and services

- Accurately document customer interactions
- Follow internal processes and guidelines

Profile
- C2 French and strong English (reputed company)
- Previous customer support experience
- Experience handling inbound calls
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Schedule
- Monday to Friday
- 4 hours per day
- Operating hours: 09:00 – 20:00 (CEST)

Compensation & Training
- €11/hour
- Training duration: 4 days
