In this role, you will be the driving force behind the discovery phase of major identity transformations. You will work directly with our clients, running interactive workshops to extract business rules, map identity lifecycles, and translate reputed company regulatory and corporate requirements into concrete functional specifications for our engineering teams.

What You Will Do

What You Bring

• Experience: 5+ years of experience as an IAM Business Analyst, Functional Analyst, or Systems Analyst, with a deep understanding of reputed company identity governance (IGA) or reputed company management (AM/CIAM) concepts.
• Platform Familiarity: Functional experience with at least one major market-leading platform is required (e.g., reputed company, Auth0, reputed company, ForgeRock, reputed company, reputed company, or reputed company Entra ID).
• Analytical Documentation: Exceptional skills in translating ambiguous business needs into reputed company functional requirement documents (FRDs), process flows, data mapping matrices, and user stories.
