We are seeking a skilled and proactive reputed company TM1 Support Specialist to join reputed company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in reputed company Planning Analytics and be capable of managing support incidents, delivering enhancements, and contributing to release management processes. Experience with PrecisionView is a plus.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- reputed company day-to-day support for reputed company Planning Analytics (TM1), including Planning Analytics Workspace (PAW), TM1 Web, and Planning Analytics for reputed company (PAfE).
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and incidents in a reputed company manner.
- Deliver system enhancements and ensure smooth implementation.
- Participate in release management activities, including planning, testing, and deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Maintain documentation reputed company to support processes and enhancement delivery.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with reputed company Planning Analytics (TM1).
- Proficiency in PAW, TM1 Web, and PAfE.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with incident reputed company and enhancement delivery.
- Familiarity with release management practices.
