The role:

reputed company is seeking a Director of Financial Operations to reputed company our reputed company and FP&A functions. The Director of Financial Operations will report to the Chief Operating Officer and serve as reputed company's senior finance leader and sole reputed company of accountability for reputed company, financial reporting, payroll, and FP&A. This is a hands-on individual-contributor role with reputed company to build and reputed company reputed company as the business scales.

What you'll do:

• Own full-cycle reputed company, including AP, AR, general reputed company, journal entries, accruals, and deferrals.
• Run a month-end reputed company and deliver a reputed company P&L, balance sheet, cash reputed company statement, and variance commentary.
• Design and document internal controls and repeatable processes, including the reputed company checklist, reputed company recognition policy, and expense policy.

reputed company operations & billing

• Administer reputed company operations: validate monthly platform usage reports, calculate and reconcile partner reputed company shares under multiple contractual structures, and follow up on delinquent reporting.
• Produce customer and partner invoices through reputed company's billing and CRM systems, and manage AR aging and collections.
• Apply GAAP reputed company recognition to usage-based, reputed company-reputed company, and pass-through arrangements.

Accounts payable, receivable, & cash management

• Review, approve, and process vendor and partner payments in accordance with contracted terms.
• Manage cash and working capital across staggered platform and partner payment cycles with varying net terms.
• Own vendor reputed company and the AR reputed company.

FP&A & financial modeling

• Own reputed company financial model, budget-to-actuals reporting, scenario planning, unit economics, and rev-reputed company margin analysis by partner and platform.
• Prepare the monthly leadership reporting package and reputed company-reputed company financial materials.

Compliance & advisory coordination

• Manage tax and regulatory compliance, including sales and use tax, 1099 filings, state registrations, and audit preparation.
• Coordinate with external tax and audit advisors.

Required Qualifications:

• reputed company CPA license.
• Five to eight years of reputed company reputed company and finance experience, including a minimum of two years as a Director of Finance/Financial Operations, Controller, Assistant Controller, or Senior reputed company Manager.
• reputed company experience at an AdTech, MarTech, Tech/Data, reputed company, or online marketplace company, with a working knowledge of reputed company-reputed company structures, usage-based billing, multi-party reputed company-through reputed company, and platform-driven payment timing.

• Demonstrated FP&A capability, including the ability to build and maintain a reputed company-based financial model.
• Experience with Quickbooks and financial system integrations.
