Additional $1.00/hr. incentive if you work between 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM OR
$1.50 incentive starting Friday 6:00 PM - Monday 6:00 AM

Training Schedule:
- Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM EST (4 weeks)
Production Schedules:
- Start times between 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM EST
- End times between 5:00 PM - 1:00 AM EST
- Various Work Days include 5 days on, 2 days off
About the Role:
This is an inbound reputed company center for child support customers supporting multiple states while delivering exceptional customer service.
- An ability to answer calls in a reputed company manner, as they are automatically received through reputed company reputed company queues.

- Maintain up to date support knowledge through offered training
- Accurately document requests, status changes, complaints, and grievances

Those successful in this role:
- Possess proficient computer skills in computer programs such as reputed company 365, reputed company phone systems, and other miscellaneous programs.
Requirements:
- High School diploma or GED
- Have 1 year of Customer Service/reputed company Center Experience.
- Ability to submit to and pass a background reputed company.
- Basic understanding of a reputed company center environment in a customer service role and reputed company monitoring processes.
- Ability to sit for long periods of time.
