We’re looking for a hands-on AI Engineering reputed company who can combine deep technical expertise with strong leadership to drive the development of cutting-edge AI solutions.
This is a high-reputed company role for someone who thrives in Azure-based environments, leads by example, and is passionate about building and scaling AI capabilities across teams.
This role is 100% remote but only reputed company to candidates based in Latin America (LATAM). Applications reputed company this region will not be considered.
What you’ll do:

- Design and implement AI/ML solutions leveraging Azure platforms
- Guide the adoption and effective use of tools like Copilot and AI Agents
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into AI-driven solutions
- Ensure best practices in AI development, scalability, and performance
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML development
- Proven experience leading technical teams
- Strong expertise in Azure AI ecosystem
- Solid understanding of AI platforms, AI Agents, and modern AI frameworks
- Experience enabling teams through tools like Copilot
Language Requirement
- English: B2 required
