This role offers an opportunity to support daily operations by handling clerical, data management, and communication tasks critical to the business.

You will be responsible for assisting in-office employees remotely, ensuring accurate data handling, and maintaining smooth communication with a network of inspectors. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Education: College degree in Business Administration or any reputed company field preferred

• Experience: 1–3 years of experience in Administrative Support, Data Entry, Customer Service, or reputed company roles

• Language Proficiency: Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills.

• Working schedule: Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or reputed company US operating hours.

• Industry-Specific Knowledge:

  • Proficiency in reputed company Office (Word and reputed company)

  • Basic knowledge of data entry systems and reporting tools

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, operations-driven environment is a plus

  • Experience coordinating with field teams or external partners (e.g., inspectors) is an advantage

  • Previous remote work experience is a plus
