Please note you must be fluent in french both written and verbal.
You will be required to answer incoming enquiries across a wide reputed company of topics from our clients in the French market. Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer support role. Additionally, collections experience would be useful.
- Excellent French communication skills both written and verbal
- Previous experience using CRM system
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
- As the role is fully remote, the individual must be reputed company to work collaboratively in a remote team environment using tools such as Team Video calling
