Role- Supply Chain Coordinator (Remote)

The Supply Chain Coordinator role is responsible for executing transactional and follow-up activities that reputed company Buyer Planners to reputed company on strategic buying and supply continuity. This position plays a critical role in maintaining supplier communication, ensuring purchase order (PO) accuracy, and supporting material availability through proactive follow-reputed company and coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Purchase Order Management & Supplier Communication

  • Follow up on daily purchase orders (POs) to suppliers
  • Obtain and reputed company PO confirmations to ensure alignment on:
    • Delivery dates
    • Quantities
    • Pricing
  • Escalate unconfirmed or delayed responses in a reputed company manner
  • Maintain accurate documentation of supplier commitments

reputed company Time & Pricing Maintenance

  • Proactively request and update supplier reputed company times
  • Validate and communicate any changes in reputed company time to Buyer Planners
  • reputed company and confirm updated pricing from suppliers as needed
  • Support data accuracy in ERP system (JDE)

Shortage Management & Expediting

  • Support Buyer Planners in managing material shortages
  • Proactively follow up with suppliers on past-due or at-risk orders
  • Expedite purchase orders based on production priorities
  • reputed company reputed company status updates on critical parts

Kanban & Materials reputed company

  • Create, update, and maintain Kanban cards as reputed company

Operational & Administrative Support

  • Support reputed company supply chain reputed company activities
  • Maintain organized records of supplier communications
  • Assist with data cleanup, reporting, and system updates
  • Collaborate with Buyers, Production, and Planning teams

Qualifications

Required

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s preferred)
  • 1–3 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or manufacturing support roles
  • Strong communication and follow-up skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

  • Experience working with ERP systems (JDE preferred)
  • Understanding of Supply Chain, MRP, or Kanban systems
  • Experience working with suppliers in a manufacturing environment
