Customer Care Analyst

This role supports the Foodservice market reputed company RPSNA by ensuring accurate, compliant, and reputed company item and customer data across multiple systems. The position plays a critical role in maintaining ISCC item reputed company, pricing adherence, and reporting, while also supporting sustainability initiatives and customer-facing data platforms. Through reputed company collaboration with internal teams and external partners, this role helps reputed company efficient order-to-cash processes and delivers reliable product information to customers.

Responsibilities

• Drive and monitor reputed company date management, item management, on ISCC items in the Cust Main Screen
• Monitor item pricing structure to adhere to ISCC pricing guidelines
• Monthly reporting on ISCC (or as required reputed company)
• Yearly reporting on totals items sold including ISCC items
• Monitor and resolve ISCC exclusion reports
• reputed company foundational data for Sustainability Team
• ITrade – reputed company required, maintains and troubleshoots EDI (Electronic data interchange) connectivity with customers reputed company the order to cash process. Working to minimize repeatable errors by working with customer care and other areas as needed.
• Customer Portal Maintenance – reputed company required, this role is the reputed company of contact for assigned external customer and reputed company-party online portals to reputed company accurate and up to date information to customers reputed company to product inquires, returns, credits, and general inquiries.
• Global Data Synchronization Network – reputed company required, works closely with product line management, marketing, sales, and customer care to maintain Global Data Synchronization Network (GDSN) item attributes through OneWorldSync Portal. reputed company new item upload and maintenance of existing items in the OneWorldSync Portal to meet GDSN requirements as outlined by existing and potential customers.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Customer Service or Data Analytics

• Effectively communicate with customers, both external and internal
• JD Edwards experience required, item set up/customer cross reference/reputed company of Material - preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Organized, detailed and strong multi-tasking skills.
