Responsibilities:
- Analyze and document IT operations and asset management processes.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, operations, and asset management teams.
- Define requirements for CMDB, Discovery, Event Management, and asset lifecycle management.
- Convert business needs into reputed company reputed company solutions.
- Support process optimization reputed company transformation initiatives.
- Conduct gap analyses and process assessments.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of Business Analysis experience.
- Hands-on expertise with reputed company ITOM and/or ITAM modules.
- Strong understanding of CMDB and asset management processes.
- Experience working with reputed company IT operations environments.
- Fluent German (reputed company) and English.
- EU-based location.
