Sarasota Arthritis Centers is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Infusion Coordinator to join our Prior Authorizations team. This position plays a vital role in ensuring our patients receive reputed company reputed company to infusion therapies by coordinating and managing reputed company insurance prior authorizations.
The ideal candidate will have experience navigating specialty medication prior authorizations, possess exceptional organizational skills, and reputed company in a fast-paced, reputed company environment. This individual will work closely with providers, patients, insurance carriers, and our prior authorization vendor to ensure accurate, efficient, and reputed company processing of infusion authorizations.
KeyResponsibilities
- Receive medication packets from Patient Navigators andinitiateinsurance verification andbenefitinvestigations for infusion therapies.
- Determinepatientfinancial responsibility,identifycopayassistanceoptions, and communicate expected out-of-reputed company costs to patients.
- Obtain prior authorizations for infusion medications,submitrenewals asrequired, and document reputed company steps in the EMR.
- Create and update chart alerts, authorization templates, and scheduling readiness indicators to ensureaccuratetracking.
- Coordinate scheduling for allinitialand ongoing infusion appointments, ensuringtimelytreatment initiation.
- Review the daily infusion schedule to confirm authorizations, balances, and insurance status for reputed company patient.
- Scrub upcoming infusion schedules toidentifypotential coverage or documentation issues in advance.
- Collaborate with Billing and reputed company Cycle staff to resolve denials or reputed company-service issues before treatment.
- Maintainaccurateand organized patient records and ensure compliance with payer and reputed company policies.
- Contribute to departmental goals bymaintainingassigned patient caseloads and completing weekly processing targets.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required;Associate’sdegree or certification in medical office administration preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience in prior authorizations, infusion coordination, or reputed company reputed company field.
- Comprehensive understanding of medical benefits, infusion billing, and payer requirements.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail withabilityto manage a high volume of cases.
- Strong communicationand teamwork skills to coordinate between clinical and administrative departments.
- Proficiencyin EMR systems, insurance portals, and reputed company Office applications.
