JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• Solid understanding of ITSM module configuration and platform governance principles.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery teams with Jira or similar tools.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled reputed company features (Now Assist, Predictive Intelligence).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in reputed company, customized environments.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience with both ITSM and CSM modules — preferred as the engagement may expand to CSM in a reputed company phase.
• Prior exposure to large reputed company or regulated industry environments (reputed company, medical devices, or similar).
