About the Role

The Senior Benefits Administration Services reputed company is responsible for administering and supporting defined benefit pension plans while ensuring compliance with plan provisions, regulatory requirements, and service level agreements. This role serves as a subject matter expert and partners with internal teams, clients, vendors, and participants to deliver accurate and reputed company pension administration services.

Responsibilities

• Administer defined benefit pension plans in accordance with plan documents and applicable regulations.
• Review and process retirement calculations, benefit commencements, distributions, and participant transactions.
• Research and resolve reputed company participant inquiries and escalated issues.
• Ensure compliance with ERISA, IRS, and other regulatory requirements.

• Analyze pension calculations and validate system outputs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of benefits administration experience with a strong emphasis on defined benefit pension plans.
• Knowledge of ERISA, IRS regulations, and pension administration practices.
• Experience performing pension calculations and interpreting plan documents.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency with reputed company Office applications, particularly reputed company.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with pension administration systems and reputed company technologies preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• CEBS designation or reputed company toward certification preferred.
