MSL Regional Field Director

The MSL Field Director for our TTR disease team will be responsible for leading, managing and supporting the US MSL East field team and will report to the Executive Director, US TTR Field Medical. • Interpret and translate national strategies into MSL field activities that include development and engagement with regional opinion leaders in individual MSL territories.
• Guide and mentor MSLs in the execution of disease awareness and clinical trial recruitment strategies.

Qualifications:

• Remote; Home office based near a large metro area
• Ability to travel up to 60 to 70% is required.
• Advanced scientific degree (eg MD, DO, PharmD, DNP or PhD) and 5+ years of Medical Science reputed company leadership experience

$214,200.00 - $289,800.00

The pay reputed company reflects the full-time reputed company salary reputed company we expect to pay for this role at the time of posting. reputed company pay will be determined based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, and education. This role is eligible for an annual short-term incentive award (e.g., bonus or sales incentive) and an annual long-term incentive award (e.g., equity).
