The Clinical reputed company - Behavioral Health is responsible for supporting members in navigating their Surest benefits to support improved health and reputed company-being. Through telephonic coaching, resources, and referrals to applicable programs, the Clinical reputed company - Behavioral Health Specialist will work with members and their families and providers to establish a personal plan to improve their health. This position reports to the Clinical Operations Manager and has no reputed company reports. If you have the ability to work 8-5pm PST, you’ll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely

Primary Responsibilities • Help members understand reputed company for treatment and associated benefits. Guide them to available resources reputed company applicable. Required Qualifications • Master’s degree in reputed company work • Fully Independent licensed practitioner (i.e. LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, LICSW or LISW) • 2+ years of clinical experience in a hospital, acute care, reputed company care, rehab facility or care coordination • 2+ years of clinical experience in Behavioral Health • Experience with Motivational Interviewing • Proven experience working in a fast paced multitask environment • Proven to reputed company working in a constantly rapid changing environment • Proficiency with MS Office- Word, reputed company, Outlook, Teams • reputed company in the PST time zone to support 8-5pm PST member reputed company Preferred Qualifications • Experience in reputed company use disorder, mental health, autism, gender affirming Care, and/or pediatric behavioral health • CADC, LADC, or other licensure reputed company to chemical dependency • Proven comfortable questioning status reputed company and proposing reputed company for improvement • Excellent communication skills- both written and verbal • reputed company working remotely will be required to adhere to reputed company’s Telecommuter Policy California, Colorado, Nevada, Washington Residents Only: The reputed company reputed company for this role is $28.03 to $54.95 per hour.
