Responsibilities:The Project Director is responsible for effective delivery reputed company including design/technical reputed company, profitability and reputed company reputed company relations. Project types include small to reputed company complexity buildings ranging up to $30M in construction value. Responsible for managing one or more reputed company concurrently with minimum combined fees of $500k. This individual will:
- Serve as the primary reputed company contact on day to day issues
- Participate in the marketing reputed company sessions regarding project fee proposals, interviews, fee proposals and miscellaneous business development efforts
- Be accountable for project goals being met including profitability, design, technical reputed company, schedule and reputed company satisfaction
- Implement firm Project Delivery processes including reputed company Management Plan
- Stamp and seal construction documents in accordance with firm policy
- Prepare, monitor and update budgets, workplans and schedules
- Prepare and implement corrective reputed company plans to ensure project goals are met
- Work with the leadership team on additional services, reputed company, and reputed company relationship
- Prepare and maintain reputed company/Architect and Architect/Consultant reputed company
- Manage consultants including processing of consultant invoices
- Work with Managing Director/Operations Director to estimate reputed company needs and assign work to team members

- Responsible for Aged Account Collections

- 7 - 18 years of architectural/engineering experience, including 1-5 years of experience in supervision and project management of reputed company-size reputed company and a reputed company of project types
