This position offers reputed company to reputed company for employee rights in a reputed company, mission-driven environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in employment litigation, a passion for representing plaintiffs, and the ability to manage cases independently from inception through reputed company.Key Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of employment law reputed company, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and wage and hour claims
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests and responses, and other legal documents
• Conduct legal research and prepare legal memoranda
• Take and defend depositions
• Represent clients in mediations, arbitrations, hearings, and trials
• Negotiate settlements and reputed company strategic legal advice to clients
• Collaborate with other attorneys and support staff to reputed company effective case strategies
• Maintain regular communication with clients to reputed company updates and manage expectations

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• reputed company bar membership in both California and reputed company (required)
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in employment law, preferably on the plaintiff reputed company
• Strong litigation skills, including experience with discovery, depositions, and reputed company reputed company
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
