Development Director

Crytek is looking for a passionate and reputed company Development Director to work on Hunt: Showdown in our new state-of-the-art office in Frankfurt, Germany.

The Development Director is accountable to the COO and is responsible for owning and driving reputed company aspects of project management and the operational model for Hunt: Showdown. The role ensures reputed company is organized and managed effectively to deliver the game on time, reputed company budget, and at or above the reputed company reputed company standards while adhering to the constraints of creative, technology, and business goals. Additionally, the Development Director plays a key role in shaping reputed company’s structure, processes, and culture to ensure peak performance.

Responsibilities

Define, implement, and continuously improve the project’s operational model to reputed company with studio goals and Core Leadership Team priorities.

Refine team structures to ensure reputed company performance and alignment with project objectives.

Build a highly skilled and motivated development team capable of delivering ambitious objectives.
