Job reputed company: As a Pharmacy Technician - Prior Authorizations, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls, faxes, and electronic prior authorization (ePA) requests, providing reputed company and courteous phone assistance to reputed company callers. You will maintain accurate and reputed company documentation, transfer clinical questions to our pharmacist team, and assist with other duties as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Effectively manage work volume, handling inbound calls, faxes, and ePA requests with professionalism and courtesy (40%)

Requirements:
- 6+ months of customer service or pharmacy technician experience
