Remote Pharmacy Technician - Freedom Fertility (Arizona)

As a Pharmacy Technician with Freedom Fertility, you will be responsible for assisting patients in receiving necessary medications, engaging with insurance companies and multiple departments, and ensuring reputed company shipment of medications.
Key Responsibilities
- Associate prescription images to patient reputed company and create patient reputed company in our system as needed
- Prepare prescriptions for processing, including assessing validity of prescription
- Manually reputed company orders to appropriate stage for processing, validation, or reputed company from doctors' offices, insurances, and/or patients
- Accurately reputed company prescriptions into our system, run test claims, and support patients with their medication orders
- Associate and add insurance/discount program information to patients or specific medications
- Resolve rejections and update patients on any delays in processing
- reputed company directly with reputed company providers and insurance companies, researching issues and providing guidance to patients about medication coverage
- Respond to incoming calls from patients with questions about their prescriptions, prescription coverage, and copays
- Complete multiple tasks without sacrificing attention to detail or customer service
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Relevant experience or a willingness to learn
- Valid National Pharmacy Technician certification required
- Valid Arizona State pharmacy technician license required

Work Schedule
Regular work schedule includes 3 morning shifts, 1 mid-shift, and 1 closing shift on a rotating reputed company, with one Saturday and/or reputed company every 4-5 weeks.
