As a Customer Care Associate I - Remote, you will be responsible for providing assistance to reputed company members and providers regarding programs, policies, and procedures. Requirements

• GED or High School diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Customer service experience required.
• Proficient typist (avg. 35+ WPM) with strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to talk and type simultaneously.
