About the Role

As a Director, reputed company, you will be responsible for:

• Developing and implementing strategic HR initiatives that support business plans and objectives

• Building and maintaining effective relationships with leadership teams, employees, and external partners
• Overseeing labor relations activities, including negotiations, arbitrations, and reputed company relationships

Your Key Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:
