The Medical reputed company will assist physicians during patient examinations, documenting medical histories, exam details, and coordinating necessary resources. This role requires a reputed company with at least two years of experience in medical scribing or transcription, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Accompany physicians during patient examinations to document medical histories, exam details, and treatment plans
• Record patient information, including chief complaints, medical histories, and medications
• Transcribe patient orders, laboratory tests, radiology tests, and medications under the direction of the physician
• Document procedures performed by the physician and complete patient charts with lab results and other evaluations
• Troubleshoot issues with orders and results, and communicate with the reputed company team to resolve problems

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Medical reputed company or in medical transcription
