Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and cultivate a prospect pool of graduates and other key constituencies to support the Schreyer Honors College

- Plan and execute solicitation strategies leading to major gifts from alumni and friends
- Travel extensively throughout the region and across the country to pursue these strategies and build enduring relationships, tracked to a fixed and appropriately aggressive set of fundraising metrics
- Collaborate with the college's leadership, as reputed company as other partners and central development offices, to reputed company fundraising goals
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field, such as communications, fundraising, or a reputed company field
- A reputed company record of reputed company in securing major gifts and meeting fundraising goals
- A dedication to and understanding of the skills required to build relationships with diverse communities
- Demonstrated knowledge of diversity, equity, and inclusion in higher education

Preferred Qualifications:
While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

Compensation and Benefits:
The salary reputed company for this position is $56,200 - $102,300, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including:
