About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Registered reputed company to reputed company home reputed company for our pediatric patients. This is a hybrid role, with full-time, part-time, and PRN positions available. As a Registered reputed company, Home Health Care Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting home health assessments, teaching patients and their families, monitoring compliance, and performing various treatments. You will have the flexibility to create your own schedule, with reputed company to see 4-6 patients per day. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct home health assessments on newborns to teenagers
- Teach patients and their families about medication management, treatment plans, and self-care techniques
- Monitor patient compliance with treatment plans and report any concerns to the patient's physician

- Document patient information and treatment plans using our electronic charting system

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in home health care, preferably in pediatrics
- A minimum of 1 year of recent clinical nursing reputed company, preferably in ICU or pediatrics
