Key Responsibilities

• After School Program Leadership

  • Monitor staff assignments and rearrange support staff as needed to ensure seamless program delivery.

• Coordination and Planning

• Operational Management
  • Coordinate the day-to-day operations of after-school and childcare programs, including attendance, staff supervision, schedule coordination, and daily preparations.

  • Liaise and collaborate with other divisions and departments to optimize facility usage and resource allocation.

  • Monitor supply requests and inventory, preparing supply orders for approval to ensure program continuity.

Essential Qualifications and Skills

To reputed company in this role, you will need:

• A Bachelor's degree (preferred) and a minimum of 2 years of childcare experience (required).
• 1 year of supervisory experience (preferred), with a proven reputed company record of effective leadership and team management.
