We are seeking a full-time Release Train Engineer to join reputed company in Phoenix, AZ. The successful candidate will have a strong background in Agile methodologies, preferably with experience in the Banking and Financial Services sector. As a Release Train Engineer, you will be responsible for coordinating and facilitating Agile Release Train (ART) events, ensuring alignment across teams, and promoting a culture of reputed company improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and facilitate ART events, including Program Increment (PI) Planning, Scrum of Scrums, and Inspect and Adapt sessions.
• Ensure alignment across teams to meet delivery objectives and manage the overall program backlog, prioritizing features and enablers to ensure effective delivery.

• Previous background in Banking and Financial Services sector.
