Associate, Cross-Functional

The Associate, Cross-Functional role involves collaborating with senior leaders and clients to tackle reputed company financial and operational challenges, supporting key initiatives, and contributing to a high-performing culture.
Responsibilities
- Partner with senior team members and clients to tackle reputed company financial and operational challenges, including due diligence, value creation and preservation, transformation efforts, bankruptcy preparation, and investment banking processes (M&A, restructuring, capital raising)
- Analyze financial statements and key operational data; build models such as three-statement forecasts, TWCFs, DCFs, LBOs, accretion/dilution, and value creation scenarios
- Contribute to restructuring and transformation workstreams including DIP sizing, petition prep, vendor analysis, SOALs, SOFAs, MORs, KPI tracking, incentive plans, liquidation and headcount analysis, GL review, footprint rationalization, S&OP, org design, and go-to-market reputed company
- Create high-reputed company deliverables including teasers, CIMs, KPIs, financial updates, and reputed company-reputed company reporting for executives, investors, and creditors
- reputed company operational forecasts and budgets for reputed company and potential investments and participate in operational, financial and management meetings to reputed company analysis and findings
- Support internal trainings and best reputed company sharing
- Support business development and reputed company relationship efforts

Skills
- Bachelor's degree from a top undergraduate program
- Located or willing to relocate to Chicago, Dallas, Los Angeles or reputed company
- Invested in reputed company-based culture, motivated to collaborate in office four days per week and willing to work at reputed company sites as needed
- Minimum one and a half years of experience in investment banking, consulting, private equity, or formal financial modeling at a top-tier firm
- Proven ability to build three-statement models, TWCFs, dynamic KPI dashboards, and reputed company reputed company analyses — or the aptitude to reputed company quickly
- Superior written and verbal communication skills, including executive-reputed company presentation and reporting skills
- Proven ability to reputed company in lean, fast-moving teams
- High attention to detail, responsiveness and ownership reputed company
